Being accepted as a member of BACP means that as a counsellor and psychotherapist I have satisfied certain rules on training, practice and ethics to gain professional recognition.
BACP's Individual Counsellor Accreditation scheme requires a minimum of 450 hours of formal training (on a BACP Accredited diploma or other substantial counselling course), and 450 hours of supervised practice with clients. I additionally have the following:
Certificate in Counselling Concepts.
Certificate in Counselling Skills.
Diploma in Counselling. T.A. 101
Diploma in Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy Advanced certificate in therapeutic hypnosis.
EFT Advanced Practitioner
Theta Healing Practitioner
Over 17 years experience working with a wide range of issues.
Member of BACP working to their code of ethics.
I work with individuals and couples but I also work for companies / organisations.
